Our Cancellation & Deposit Policy

(EFFECTIVE MARCH, 2012)

The customer will get a full refund if that cancellation is made up to seven days prior to departure.

If the customer cancels between one and seven days prior to the departure date they will receive a full credit in the form of a gift certificate.

If the customer cancels their reservation on the day of the departure their credit card will still be charged the full amount. No compensation will be made.

Parties of 10 or more:

A $200 deposit is requested to reserve the date with a block of more than 10 passengers on a non-private trip. Credit card will be charged two weeks from the date or when the boat is full.

Private Charters:

A deposit equal to the charter fee is required to reserve the date – 90% refundable up to 60 days prior to the cruise and partially (half) refundable between 60 and 30 days prior to the cruise.

A payment equal to the food bill is due two weeks prior to the cruise and fully refundable if cancelled 2 days prior.
